Who are Forget Me Forever? ( members and role in the band)
Forget Me Forever are a 4 piece post hardcore band that play for the enjoyment and thrill we all get from music! We have Lunnon on lead guitar and vocals, Macdo on lead/rhythm and vocals, Hooper on drums and Carwyn on bass.
Where is the band from ?
We are scattered around the Bridgend area
How long have you been together ?
Forget Me Forever was founded on the 1st of Febuary 2014 and with members in and out we are still here today.
Where did you get the band name from?
We got our name from a beloved band member (Jamie Roper) Who sadly passed away in October 2014 and we have strived to carry that name along with Jamie’s reputation ever since.
Who inspires your music ?
Our influences differ between each member, but the main ones would have to be, Bullet For My Valentine, Breaking Benjamin, Asking Alexandria and Five Finger Death Punch.
What can people who come to see you play live expect from a Forget Me Forever show?
If you come to our show, expect a lively entertaining atmosphere which we aim to keep as high as possible throughout our entire set. Nothing thrills us more than seeing a crowd as energetic as us.
Do you have a favourite venue to play ?
100% our home venue, Hobos, Bridgend. ( To date )
What do the band have lined up for the rest of the year?
We have various offers of gigs all around Wales which we are not allowed to disclose yet! We have our single " The Day I Met You" currently in the works and all shall be released very soon.
Where can people who are interested in the band find out more about you ? Eg website or Facebook.
Our main page is on Facebook "Forget Me Forever" and we are also on Live & Loud
The band went on to say: ‘We are pumped to playing Llanelli in the Masons Arms and can't wait to bring our unique sound to the Llanelli public and the rest of the UK throughout the years to come. We love everyone that supports us and we hope to see familiar faces (and strange ones) at our gigs to come! - FMF. RIP Jamie Roper. 1994 – 2014.’
